Public Sector Practice
Omid focuses his practice on tax controversy, tax planning, and complex transactional matters for businesses, individuals and professionals. When representing clients faced with complex issues, Mr. Shirazi draws on his legal experience at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, as well as his background as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Squar Milner, to most effectively provide counsel and advise clients. Omid’s background, both in private practice and at the IRS, provides him with the tools to assess the strengths and risks of each issue, negotiate favorable settlements with the government and, if necessary, litigate the matter before the appropriate court.
Omid Johan Shirazi co-founded K&S Law Group, P.C. A practicing CPA for over 12 years, both in the public and private sectors, his practice focuses on federal, state, and international tax services for a range of clients, including domestic, international business entities, and individuals.
